The seminar will take place at the Biden Environmental Center (BEC) in Cape Henlopen State Park. The hotels listed below are about 20 to 30 minutes from the (BEC) depending on the line at the gate to the park.

There are a limited number of rooms available at the BEC. The rooms have two twin beds, a private bath,

and include breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning. The rate for the weekend is $350.
